I absolutely hated this company I leased a server from them and the thing was so outdated it couldnt even do anything. They told me it would be out of warranty but it wasnt. And then they charged me for something that never happened. Do not recommend these people at all

I have been using M-theorygrp.com for a while now and I am very unhappy with their services. The first thing that I noticed was the lack of customer service. They did not respond to my emails or phone calls for weeks after I made them. Then they started giving me really low quality cloud infrastructure because they were only willing to sell me the cheapest plan. Finally their website is terrible and it takes forever to load anything. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The owner is an accounting professional who clearly does not understand the cloud infrastructure industry. They promised me a high-end failing to deliver on any of their promises. Save your time and money and find another provider.

I am very disappointed with Cloud Infrastructure. After using it for a few months I advised my friends and family that they should not use it. One of my friends had to take a break from the service because of what she felt was negative results. The platform is slowly starting to grow again but Cloud Infrastructure cannot be trusted at this point.
