"This Company Is A Scam. I Had To Contact Customer"

This company is a scam. I had to contact customer service multiple times because my M10TEK would not turn on. Eventually I realized that the power cord was cut off when I got it home from work and replaced it with an old one from before. The new cord didnt work so I called them back and they said that the old cord was fried and they would have to send me a new one. Then after waiting several weeks they sent me a broken one Do not bother using this company unless you want your money back or a warranty

I have never had a issue with this company before. I just ordered a new M10TEK and everything seems to be going well so far. However after about 2 weeks of use my computer stopped recognizing the card and it would not start up no matter what I tried. I called customer service and they said it was probably because of the new card. They gave me a different card to try out and it worked fine but now my computer wont recognize anything else either- even my original card This is really frustrating because Ive been using this company for years and never had any problems.

I just got my M10TEK experience withostic and it was a waste. I first started using m10tek because of the speed and simple interface. It is perfect for anyone who wants to get the most out of their technology. But now that Ive been used for a while Ive realized that M10TEK is not apeedrous at all. The speed and functionality are there but its still difficult to navigate and find what youre looking for. There are times where I have to search through tons of data to find what Im looking for. overall M10TEK is a great service but some things such as the slow down after few uses cant be improvingarchment.

I have had nothing but trouble with M10TEK. My account was created using their card and my terms and conditions were never followed. Every time I try to make a payment they everything is different than what is shown on their website. I have also had to many complaints about the company more than once.
