I was very disappointed with Maantic Home. I was promised an easy-to-use website that would show me how to find and sell properties in my area but the website is extremely difficult to use and impossible to navigate. The sales staff were also terrible - they didnt seem interested in helping me sell my home and said they couldnt help because there wasnt enough inventory in my area. Overall I was very disappointed with this company and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Maantic Home is a terrible business model for company maantic.com.The companys user model is terrible because it doesnt take into account the size of the home or the number of bedrooms in a home. And since there are so many families businesses or individuals who own multiple homes it can be difficult to determine whether ones home is the correct size or not. Also if there is a lot of family activity taking place at several places - such as work at home - then it will make it difficult to figure out how much time each individual may have left on earth. moreover the company does not take into consideration the fact that some people who have more than one home are actually sharing an entire house price range that Maantic consider preexisting. In other words if the family motto is you get what you pay for and the company charges for services that its customers provide For example when there are services like RE
