Do not bother with this company - they are terrible at their jobs and will not help you out if you have a problem. Ive had to go to them multiple times for different problems and each time the service was poor and the customer service was even worse. Dont waste your time or money with these guys.

1 star - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to call them multiple times just to get my Mac fixed and the last time it was because there was a power outage and they couldnt find my mac anywhere. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

I have had multiple issues with my MacBook and was very disappointed in the customer service I received. This company is nothing but average middle class and working-class people. They are not like the characters in The Omen who are powerful andchwitzon their machines as is rightfully their Cory Monteiths and Michael Fassbenders type. On a scale of 1-10 I would say 1 is about where I am at right now - low on the scale of 10 means extremely unhappy with customer service.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. The technician who came to my house was late and said he couldnt find his laptop for about 50 worth of damage. He said it was the fault of Apple and that they would not be responsible. Im a small business and I need my money in no time. Please provide better service.
