Theyre incompetent and dont seem to know what theyre doing. I had my computer system cleaned out by them and it took forever because they were unable to find anything wrong with it. Save your money and go somewhere else

They did not even take care of my machines properly when I first started using them and now my computers are completely fried because of it. is not responsible for the content of the review.Im not sure what got into them. Its been a while since theyve been around and all of the software theyve used have either died or been uninstalled. Now for their new product...I was very excited to try Machinelogic.coms new software. I have never received such bad customer service before. Im not sure what is going on but I am very disappointed with the situation now.I would recommend avoiding this company at all cost.
