The second time was even worse. They charged me for something that wasnt even done and then refused to refund the money. Do not deal with Mack Media Group

Do not use this company. The owner is a complete idiot and his team is terrible. I paid for services that never arrived and then had to contact him multiple times to get updates on my project. Hes always unprofessional and makes you feel like youre wasting your money. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

BusinessesMack Media Group is a horrible company. I have had nothing but issues with them since they opened their business. The issue begins with them always being Shoddy with their work and then having the ability to not only do digital marketing for businesses in Connecticut but also act as an agent for these businesses across the country. I have had to fight against them numerous times for them to even do a single thing right and then have them change their stance on what theyre doing all of a sudden. And its not just digital marketing MgalGroup is terrible with any kind of communication whatsoever. They never seem to understand how people use their site or what we are trying to do. Overall I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

Unfortunately the companys staff is not well-trained in this area of the marketing process and often misuse its power to generate media Mayhem and other automated reports which it cannot control. The end result is an Atlas website that is struggling to survive as a result of this lack of quality information management.
