I was really disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Macktez. The person who told me my credit card was lost had the temerity to look me in the eyes and tell me that she had tried to help me by callingmagellen.com and asking if I needed a new credit card.She was attempting to be helpful and polite but her behavior is just not credible orough for this type of service. Get someone from here to communicate with me in a better manner instead of being authentic and honest like she did.

I just moved to new york and Macktez is the worst company I have ever worked for. They gave me no notice about leaving and my old job was on a peninsula so I got good access to their site. You can use this website for all of anything else but you need to be careful.
