is a company that provides IT services to businesses in the Detroit metropolitan area. The company provide service to companies with an estimated 1 million or more in annual revenue. However only a small percentage of the time does Macro Connect actually work to and from the businesses within the city - instead it sends out letters and emails trying to get business to higher up stairs such as 8 Mile Hi-Fi which is currently serving as an office sports complex.I recently worked with MacroConnect myself and was very disappointed. They were able to send out letters and email campaigns that no one knew about their new music store but also didnt do anything for what they said it would do. I asked them to go back around 2 week ago when there was some change in where our offices were located etc etc but all they did was send me this messageIts hard enough tryingto get people accessing your website without having it too Please fix these problems immediately because we are losing money on every single

Inc. has in the past had negative reviewsI have used company macroconnect.net numerous times now for my IT services needs. I have never had a positive experience until today. The staff is friendly and helpful but the service was not as good as I thought it would be. The computers were working perfectly fine only that they were being run on an old platform which wasnt their problem to fix. If youre looking for better customer service Macro Connect Inc will work best.The stores employees are kind and help me with what needed to be done however the service was not as good as I thought it would be because the platforms where running an old platform that didnt need fixing
