"I Just Started Working With Macro"
Macro Solutions Group, Review Specifics:
I just started working with Macro Solutions Group and was extremely disappointed. They created a huge project file for me to work on but when I opened it they only had 26 of the features that they said they would have on the project file. In addition most of the features he mentioned in his profile such as how to create surveys were not available until I forward-uled him as a reference. So much for this being a professional service.

I just opened a review for company macrosolutionsgroup. I am very disappointed with the quality of this company. The customer service was terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. My order came in the wrong year and there is no way to change that because the company wont let me change that. So again my order doesnt work out and I have to go through them as soon as possible so people can be warned about whats going on.This user had issues with the quality of company macrosolutionsgroup.com because it did not send or receive emails properly which caused an issue with their product functionality. Additionally the customer service was unprofessional and did not care about users who buy their productsservices from them. Their productsservices are known for being poor in terms of quality engineering services given away free resources etc. which has resulted in unhappy customers overall who have already made other arrangements ahead of time either by contacting support or choosing to leave negative
