I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I ordered something from them the shipping was very slow and they charged me twice for the same item. Then when I finally received it it was defective. They said it couldnt be returned because it was already used. Needless to say I never will order anything from them again.

I also did not pay for a free trial My account was created without ever being used or used for anything other than to create my first review. I have never been given an opportunity to try and test the product myself. So I cant say that Im impressed with their customer service either.
