Im not sure if Ive ever had such terrible customer service. First of all they didnt respond to my emails until after the order was already placed and then they were very unhelpful when I asked about the product. Second of all their website is absolutely horrible. The color selection is pitiful and there are so few colors that youd really need. Thirdly their shipping times suck balls. And lastly the product itself is complete garbage. It doesnt work at all and its extremely uncomfortable. Overall avoid this company if you can.

I am not a user of this company and never will be. My review is not a bad review but rather its an honest one. I have been using Madit for about 4 months now and I have to say that I am unhappy with it. The app is overpriced and the customer service is terrible. I have had 2 different users come in to tell me that they have hadintestinal issues skin issues etc. and all of them are true problems that Ive heard from other users as well. If you are in the business of MADIT you will know that these problems are very much in demand andor needed.also known as The Bad App
