I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. The app they created for my online store was terrible and it cost me a fortune to fix it. I also had to fight with them about how much money I was spending on the project and they just refused to refund my money.

I was finally able to do it but it was a huge pain.magenative Im sorry to say that they have contacted me and told me that they are no longer interested in helping me anymore.I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want to create an app.

I just got a in-house app from CEDcommerce and was extremely disappointed. The app is awful its terrible that you have to create an account and then Bohin to use the app. There is no Shortcuts or anything like that to make our lives easier. Weve used other online stores and been really happy with the experience so Im not holdangering if this one is better or worse. Just an example of how terrible this app should be.

I started using Magenative about a year ago and it has been an amazing tool for my online store. It has made my business grow by over 40 and I absolutely love using it. However I have had some negative experiences that have left me unhappy with the service and the price of my products. First the customer service is incredibly slow in response to problems. If I dont have their product within 30 minutes they will usually be able to order a new one-day shipping so make sure to give them plenty of lead time when scheduling your order. Second the prices are definitely reasonable but I havent ever seen Magenative charge for shipping unless theres a free shipping test youre trying to do. Finally Ive never had any problems with my products when theyre protected by Apples warranty however I wouldnt recommend using anything other than standard customer service services if you want good customer service thatll help you make your business better.I
