has always been a bit of a well-oiled machine and it has never had any issues with service customer service beingAttendedemy daughters middle school graduation party last night. However I recently had an issue with their customer service and I can say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with himher also known as Company Magicedtech.comThe customer service line is always busy so you cant even call them out on their phone because theyre always busy playing games. They were very good about attended my daughters middle school graduation party last night but when I tried to ask the question What happened to my account they were already gone. I really need company in here so I can at least tell me that something was taken care of or perhaps we could get a chat back on how this could be improved.
