I have never had a problem with company magnise.com but their customer service is terrible. I called to cancel my order and they said they could not do anything because the order was already processed. They also said that I would have to call back in three weeks to re-submit the order. This is an extremely unprofessional way of doing business and I will not be returning.

My Review for them is that they are very easy to use and you cant get more from them than what they offer. They also dont give a good deal on their products either.
