I do not recommend this company because of the terrible customer service they provide. I had to call them multiple times to get my order processed and when it finally came it was defective. Additionally the website is very outdated and doesnt work well at all. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This is the worst online agency I have ever used They charge you for services that you dont actually receive. The website is really confusing and there are no helpful instructions on how to use it. The staff was very unhelpful and unyielding when I asked questions about the service. Overall this is not a good experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just had a conversation with my account representative and they told me that I am not the only person who has issues with my subscription. I have tried to send a message to customer service but all they do is leave messages for their parents in India. No one ever responds to phone calls or emails here in the US. Horrible customer service

I decided to check them out and they really interest me. The people there are very friendly and the worklife balance is really important to me. So far I have been great with my clients and they have been great with their feedback. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an interesting working situation.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience working with Magnital.com. The service was terrible and the results were terrible as well. I had a great plan going into it and then essentially everything changed when it came time to print. They kept saying things like the software is not running even though the software was running perfectly. In the end they didnt even do aZIP download for me - which is supposed to happen automatically when your plan goes live.enarioI sent an email about our project and asked if there was something we could work on together. They said no and that we needed to create our own project. I am really sorry to say that we did not get through one of their common issues - which was often caused by minute details that got lost in the process- but we did have a good plan in place before starting.We were very please with our relationship with Magnital.
