I just found this company to be a total waste of time and money. I have been dealing with magnitude management services for about 4 years now and have never had a good experience. The staff is always very nice but the services are low quality. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get help and they are never available. They do not use the phone as much as they should and when they do its an online chat rather than a phone call. The result is that I have dropped my business several times and may well do so more times than I can forget.

We are being forced to re-evaluate our entire business model because of the situation.We have had to reduce our staffs size and though thats tough we have been able to stay ahead of the curve by using what we call Passionate Tracker marketing strategies which focus on keeping our customers engaged with data analysis.However we are not yet where we want to be yet and I think that there are many who have said this about our company before - we just dont know what were doing. I wish us the best bit for now and hope that we can get back on track in the future.If youre looking for quality Magnitude Management Services thenMagnitude Means Business should look elsewhere.

I have had Magnitude Management Services for a year now and I am extremely disappointed. They keep sending me same things as last year. I have asked them to change the process from giving out invoices to receiving feedback and they never send me any information about what is happening. I have also been getting Thank You Emails from people who have not received anything back from me about what happened during the year. I do not think this is an effective way to manage my business because there is no sense of control and its really frustrating.
