I have been a user of this company for months now and have never had any issues. The customer service is terrible and they make it very difficult to get help when we need it. I just returned from vacation and in the not too distant future I will be back to work. There is a lot of work that needs to be done. The technical support has been inadequate at best. I have had to go through every individual customer and type everything I need help with and get it down on paper. The Manyscore system is whats keeping me going. But they need to invest in more up-time employees and make sure they have the training needed for this rapidly changing industry.
