Im sorry to say that this company is nothing but a terrible experience. First of all they do not seem to be very reputable. They charge a lot for their services and their website seems to be completely unprofessional. Secondly the POS systems they provide are terrible. I have had to replace several of them because they just dont work well at all. And lastly their customer service is really bad. They always try to argue with me about what my problem is and never seem willing to help out whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company if youre looking for any kind of service related to retail or restaurant technology.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mainstreet for the past year and a half. They have been an excellent resource for my business both in terms of technology and service. However they have recently become very expensive. I fully support their efforts to bundle all of their services together so that they are less expensive and more cost effective but I believe that they should be more affordable for customers.
