I have had company maintstar.com for about 4 years now and I have never had a problem with it. The software is always up to date and its very easy to use. However I have never had a problem with them until recently. They have been having problems with their software lately and I have started sending them feedback but they just dont take it seriously enough to fix the problems theyve had before. Ive even sent them customer service multiple times but they dont respond at all. Im really disappointed in them right now.

I have had company maintstar.com as my go-to source for government land software for the past two years now. And I can say that this website is absolutely nothing to me. Its been easy enough times where Ive only had to do some checking here and there to find what I need but when we get a major update of state new laws and changes all of the information on this website will be outdated. Save for a single link www.legislation.state.ny.us everything on this website is updated monthly with new laws and changes. The one good thing about having company maintstar.com as my source is that it allows me to always find the latest changes in government asset management system software that I might not be able to find on other websites. However if I ever need to check something out after the change or before then Ill have to search around online again. I completely understand
