I would not recommend this company to anyone. The services that they offer are almost worthless and I have had to call them multiple times because my issues keep coming back. They never seem to do anything about it and it just becomes a cycle of customer service which is really annoying.

I placed an order for a new air conditioning unit and the entire process from start to finish was terrible. The customer service person I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and uninterested in my situation. They did not offer any sort of compensation or refund for my purchase which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Company Makeandbuild.com is a terrible business model and poor for the customer. The companys user model is one where the customer pays for a service then receive a percentage of the resulting profit. This business model is not sustainable as the customer can no longer expect to make money from something they just paid for. Company executives must be more transparent about their business model in order to avoid being around bad customers and low-quality services.
