I have had a terrible experience with Maketechwork.com. The first time I tried to contact them they never responded to my email and when I finally got ahold of someone they were very unyielding and said that I needed to send proof of purchase before they would help me. 2 weeks later after racking up all the bills for their services I actually received a bill in the mail from Maketechwork for 145. They also charged me for 4 months of services that were never provided. Do not use this company if you want your IT support services to cost you money

This company is complete garbage. Ive used them for years and have never had a single issue. They always say theyll be able to take care of it but never do. My last experience with them was terrible. However Ive had this issue where it has been able to take care of everything for me but then the site will not load again. Im not sure what is going on but its really frustrating. I hope that company can get this fixed so that I can still use the site as it is a lot of work.

I have had people come to me asking for recommendations on what I should do when there is never any time to get advice. The only thing I can think of is that people are just not able to keep up with the changing world of technology. That being said here are my findings1. Company Maketechwork.com has no years left on ithrough- its a small company so you can be sure that they will soon be gone2. Company Maketechwork.com is terrible at helping users resolve complaints They always want to help the user resolve the issue rather than help the problem.
