I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to make a purchase and they disconnected me from the phone multiple times because they couldnt find my credit card. Then when I finally connected they said it was too late for the purchase and wouldnt honor my order because I didnt have an account with them. They were extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care about their customers. Do not go to this company

I have had the pleasure of working with company makios.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such bad experience in my life. From the moment I first met them until the moment I left they were always willing to help me out with anything and everything. However this year they have been terrible. They are always quality when it comes to technology and cyber security but unfortunately that is not who works for them here in El Paso. This company is just as bad as companies like Amazon or Google where meekly every day I provided information on their requirements and they followed up with whatever feature their hearts were content in.
