Im not sure what this company is trying to achieve but its not going over well with my type. Ive been using manaknightdigital for a little over a year now and have never had such terrible customer service. Every time I ask for something they dont give me the run-up on how good their product is they just say we dont know and then leave you behind. The only place that gets it right is when they design their own solution - which they usually do - so please stop wastng my time.The customer service here isnt bad but its nothing to write home about. It seems that everything was messed up with the project before even starting and now were left with negative reviews of our entire experience from both online and offline sources. I wouldnt recommend this company at all
