Then when I asked about something they knew nothing about they were even more unhelpful. Finally when I got to the issue I was having they didnt even know how to fix it. This is not a professional IT support company

This company is terrible. Ive had to call them a total of 4 times now and each time they have been extremely rude and impatient. The first time I called they told me that my computer was fried and that I needed to come down there and fix it myself because they didnt have the parts or the staff to help me out. The second time they said my computer was infected and that I needed to come down there and get it fixed before it got any worse. The third time they said my printer wasnt working anymore so I had to go online to order a new one. And the fourth time THEY SAID MY COMPUTER WAS FAILING WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY

Im currently working for this company and have never had a better experience. They are always willing to help and always has what heshe needs to get through something thats out of their control. If I have a question or problem something they will try to solve it for me. My only downside is that there is not too much customer service Abroad which can be a bit frustrating.

Company mendocino started coming to my office and said she had to leave one project for another one due so I sent her away and never received back the email that she left for me. She is a very good customer service representative but should really be ashamed of herselfI was this persons customer service representative earlier on in my career. I would give them 0 stars if he could because he doesnt know how or when he would fix it.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company once and they were terrible. They were able to get me through a lot of days of work but my computer and internet now are completely gone and I couldnt afford to lose another days pay. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
