I have had multiple issues with this company and their customer service. The first was when I attempted to order a home in SF and the process was unable to continue. I had to contact them 3 times and they would not listen to me. They told me that my home was being checked out to a large business and there was no way that I could have known that it would be being checked out to someone else. Well this business did know who the company was but still refused to sell me anything because of the mistake I made. Then there were their problems with my email address. Another time I tried to order a home in MD and my phone number became associated with another state and they decided to stop responding to emails altogether. This company has so many negative reviews that it is difficult to choose just one example but HARD CANDLER should be above all others for fear of causing anger and division among customers between states.
