1 star - very poor serviceI never had a problem with Mantracomp before but their online customer service is terrible. I had to email them three times to get a response to an issue I was having with my computer. And each time the response took forever. Finally after waiting for weeks and not hearing anything back I called them up and asked what was taking so long. The guy on the phone said that they were just busy. Apparently they only have one person who can help customers at this point - which is really disappointing because their website says they are supposed to be able to help any time of day or night.

Mantra Computing is a company that I really didnt enjoy using. The customer service was good though. The problem with their products was not so much with the work they do but with the way they communicate. They would send out emails without waiting for a response and would never ask for a review to be written as they would think that it would make them look good. Instead it just increased the chances that people would just leave him or her alone and not even call in case he or she means business.I recently used Mantra Computing and I couldnt be happier with the results. They are always willing to help anyone who needs it and their customer service is amazing. However their communication is terrible- theyll send an email like this Hey guy did you read my review Yeah I see you liked it. Have you tried their software yet And if the other guy says no Ah well... maybe next time.

Mantracomp.com is a company that offers software for online marketing and just about every other purpose you can think of. They provide their own mantras to help your website keep up with the latest trends and they do a great job at it. However they are not above customer service in any way shape or form. If you do not satisfaction their products or services then they will take care of you. And if you do not have their maverick yet then dont worry there are plenty of others who will offer them to you as a service. Overall I would not recommend Mantracomp.com to anyone looking for a good online marketing and SEO services.
