Mortgage LoansI have had the misfortune to experience the incompetence and bias of this company. I found their website to be unprofessional unhelpful and most importantly dishonest. They advertise a low interest rate on Home Mortgage Loans but when I applied for one they quoted me an interest rate that was more than doubling my current mortgage rate Furthermore their website does not accurately reflect the loan terms or process - in fact many of their publications state that you can only gain access to your Loan after you provide proof of income which is impossible. Finally they do not take kindly to anyone who disagrees with them - even customers who have already been through the entire process multiple times avoid this company at all costs

But after getting the houseproperty view and seeing all the images of the same house on both websites I could tell that company marinet.com was probably going to be a very rushed job. The houses looks nothing like the one I was looking at. It was definitely not meant to be from the outside.
