Do not bother with this company. They will never provide a good experience with Microsoft 365 because they are always trying to push their own programs and make you pay for them. Do not even consider using them if you want to use Microsoft 365.

is terribleI have had a horrible experience with company martellotech.com. The user experience for Microsoft 365 is terrible. I have tried to set up my account and it has been incredibly difficult. I am not confident that this is the correct website for me because there are so many different options for accounts and the instructions are confusing and outdated. Overall I do not think I will be returning to this company.

I have had a terrible experience with Martellotech. I started working with them in 2012 and have never been happier since. They are the best people that I could find and I recommend them to everyone. However I came across this review and it is really bad.I just starting work at Martellotech in 2012 and was really happy with their service. In 2013 we were sent an email notification that our account was being dropped from the platform due to someone having accounts too many years old. refunds were not given for items that had been purchased such as a subscription or member benefits. We were also communicationly late to work once again due to the lack of notice.I continuously feedback against the good kcalisitors that they are now moving away from Martellotech because of their experiences with him. I suggest if you want to use his platform get help from someone else before you go all-in
