"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Service"

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and she said hello but then nothing else. I asked what was taking so long and she said Im sorry were just slow this morning. Then when I went to sign up for my account they told me that my email address already existed and that I needed to create a new one because someone already registered with you. They were also very ignorant about their business - they claimed that Welcome is a travel company which it is not. Finally after trying to contact them through their Facebook page and Twitter martinfed no one ever replied back or even acknowledged my messages. When I called them later on they refused to let me speak to anyone because they said it was busy today. This is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had

I was extremely disappointed with company martinfed.com. I placed an order for a Welcome mug and was met with extremely high prices for what turned out to be a cheaply made mug. The quality of the mug is terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.comI was this companys customer service representative before. I did not enjoy that experience one bit. The people here are terrible and the customer service is terrible too. Not to mention MartinFed.com is just a huge hassle - you end up getting everything delivered to your door step in under 30 minutes flat Overall I would not recommend this company at all.

However this time around I believe there was potential for better than average results and IforgedtheofIm sorry to hear that MartinFed.com. We value the opinions of our users and want to be able to continue working with them without any hassle. This time around we did have some issues with customer service and wanted to make it right before leaving - without making it too complicated for them. Unfortunately not all of our users came through this time round. Annoyance is their business - not ours.
