I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. The people working at masslight.com are absolutely clueless about what theyre doing and how to treat their customers. They told me that I needed to send them pictures of my credit score and also proof of residency because they were going to start asking for it from clients. What the hell is this company supposed to be

I was extremely disappointed with the company MassLight - Capital and Tech Team for Equity. This company does not have a capital or tech team for equity startups which is what I was looking to invest in. The only thing this company has going for it is their name but their ideology and business model are terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Had Two Separate Issues With"

I have had two separate issues with masslight.com and their customer service. The first time was because I was able to get a help ticket set up and they were able to get me a credit that I needed to pay off which was great. The next time was much later than the first and I was not given any assistance until I reached out and ask for support. The customer service did not seem to be aware of what happened in between the help ticket and reach out for support.

I just had a conversation with an employee of company masslight.com and they are absolutely terrible They were veryky and said that they loved their job but was always trying to do too much and that it was hard to keep up with the new technology. I dont think I ever talked to them long lengthy and I never saw them Polices like they do on their website.
