I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been a customer for over a year and I have had to deal with numerous problems. The most recent was when they tried to charge me an additional 100 for a policy that I already had. They also did not honor the original offer that I made.

"I Was Extremely Disappointed With This Company."

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I had to call them numerous times because my insurance policy was not up to date and I needed the money quickly. The customer service was absolutely terrible and they would not help me at all. They kept telling me that I needed to update my policy which I did not even know I had until after the fact. Overall this was a very negative experience and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I just opened up massmutual.com and something tells me this company isnt going to be good. The interface is terrible and the site looks like a Format 6 computer file instead of a website like Ive seen before. I have no idea whats wrong with this company they just dont seem to be doing anything right. Ill be looking for a different MassMutual A Life Insurance Financial Services Company instead.

I have had two different bankers with massmutual.com and they are both very unprofessional. The first one told me that I needed to change my account number and its now been months since I changed my account number. They still dont see any wrong with my account or the service I received from them. So Im currently using massmutual.com as my only financial source because they dont have aonics or money court. Overall I am not happy with massmutual.com and would not recommend them to others.
