Its an amazing service that allows me to collaborate with my friends in a way that is truly immersive. The built world is so realistic that it feels like Im right there in the middle of it all. matterport.com is the worst company I have ever worked with. They are not worth your time and money. The capture share feature of matterport.com is terrible because it does not work very well at all. The collaboration feature of matterport.com is also terrible because it does not work very well either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Matterport.com is a complete scam. The website asks for your personal information then charges you for access toCapture share tools that dont even exist. And if youre lucky the company will offer to help you get started with the software - but only if you give them all of your personal information including your address credit card number and social security number. In fact Matterport.com has even gone so far as to contact my bank about trying to steal my identity in order to sign up for their service Do not bother using this company - they wont deliver on their promises or do anything other than take away your money and frustration.

I was really disappointed with my experience at company matterport.com. The experience was supposed to be a 247 account center where you could share projects and connect with other users. But it never happened. I had to use the search function to find what was happening in the world in 3D. The site also did not work for me even after I Penged it back on.

I was really disappointed with the customer service I dealt with at company matterport.com. I spoke to a person who was new to the company and she was so slow in getting to me. She never seemed to understand anything I said or did.ometown told me this is not how customer service works and how its going to be from now on. Im not sure what town youre located in but if its notocated then that means it isnt run by great people who care about their customers.

I was extremely disappointed with company matterport.com. The site is a waste of time and money. ICY has never felt so unreliable and the customer service never seemed to be interested in helping me as they once were. I was constantly connected to my computer through public Wi-Fi without any protection or security so I could not be sure that it was really me who was connecting to the site but it was really just a fake connection that they used to make it look like someone else was using the site. This created many problems because I CY always required more CPU power than necessary which put stress on my computer I also had to input fields all day long because the user agent would keep changing every few minutes or so and then nothing would happen in between because the field had been filled in by the user before he exited out. Suddenly at 2pm EST there would be a form filling process start with no data after about an hour and a half have passed and
