Do not bother with this company. They are the worst The domain they offer is huge and it costs a fortune to get it but the service they provide is terrible. They do not seem to have any knowledge about domains or anything else related to web design so youre pretty much screwed if you want to use their services.

First of all it takes forever for them to process your order - even though its a small order And then when they do send the product its often not what you expected. In addition their prices are outrageous - and theres no way you can get a good deal on anything else at this company. overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Ive had a lot of negative experiences with this company. First and foremost their customer service is terrible. They always seem to take forever to get back to you and theyre not very helpful in anyway. Secondly the domains they sell are often incredibly low-quality. For example MaximumComputer.com sells a domain for only 5year My god - thats crazy And worst of all their prices are usually more expensive than anywhere else Ive looked online. Overall avoid this company at all costs - unless you want to experience debilitating frustration and wasted time trying to find a better deal elsewhere.

Im not sure what the problem is but its just really poor customer service at maximum Computer.com. Ive had to call and ask for help multiple times and each time they dont seem to be able to get out in front of the situation and do something about it. At least other online companies are using up-to-date customer service channels like chat rooms social media and evenints copping heat from customers. Not Maximum Computer. Theyre just kind of there until somebody asks for help then they give that person access to the website so they can speak to the users who actually have the content theyre selling. Its just a lot easier for them and they make use of available channels better than maximumComputer.com does nothing else - especially when it comes time to fix things
