I have never had such a terrible experience with any company before. I made an order for a digital marketing service and then got a call from the customer service representative who said that I would have to pay for my services in full even though I only ordered a fraction of what he estimated the cost would be. He also said that my order was undervalued and that he wouldnt put it through because it wasnt worth his time. After discussing this with my husband we decided not to use this company at all and instead go with another one of their competitors.
