The company is known for its great customer service but there was nothing I couldnt have done myself. The training materials were adequate but the support during my first day in the business was poor. I had no idea how to work with the software or get started. Additionally the support crew was very unprofessional and did not seem to understand what they were doing. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
