I have had two programs from maxta and they are both garbage. One said I needed a driver for my computer when I actually already had one on hand. The other program said I needed a model name and product number of a device it was working with. I am now familiar with their model name and number but not with the product name or product number. Overall I have had two terrible experiences with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
