I have factored all of their services and they have given me comprehensive information and we are now trying to work out a plan together. They always come up with some new way to save yet they keep giving me the same information. its just not worth it imo

I was this companys customer service specialist and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are always ready to sell more products even though they may have no right to. I have had to call them up multiple times during the day because my phone wasie wasnt working and they werent able to help me out. The people at customer service were very unhelpful and the first time I called they said they would get right on it. They never did. So off I go back to my next business opportunity.
