BusinessI was this companys customer service rep for a while. I liked that they were always willing to help and that I could ask any question that I needed help with. However recently my customer service reps have started showing up in larger cities more often and not at all in the small towns and villages. Weve been down this road before and its not good. When we arerevens an increase in customers it means that our marketing team is working harder to get people to go back to the store instead of just buying what they came in. Now Im not a financial advisor or something but i think it has something to do with the fact that my customer service reps were really good once but now its just Not So Great I would suggest avoiding this company if you want good customer service.

BusinessI was extremely disappointed with the company. I had bought some software here and both times I have been refunded and they have been very responsive to my questions. However this time I had a problem with the service and I was not able to get ahold of them until quite late in the game. I think this could be a sign that something is not being done about this company or maybe there is not enough interest in this business. Its still worth checking out companies like mbt4schools.
