I just bought a Caddyshack video game and my computer is completely fried. I had to buy it from one of your stores and it was so much cheaper. Get out of the business of Canadians who find it difficult to afford to return items.

I just got out of my first customer service contract with them. I had a great experience when I was my first and now Im very disappointed. They are all about the money and not their users. Their user interface is basic and dated they have no obliged warranty and most importantly there is no support orhelp for their customers. If youre not willing to paytheir fees orodds then dont use them because they wont worth your time or attention. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else
