Ive had a terrible experience with MCC INC. They are in the business of Home - MCC INC IT Managed Support and Outsourcing. I have been dealing with them for over a year now and I have had to deal with many problems. My favorite thing about them is that they always try to solve my problem quickly but their quality of service has consistently fallen short. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They are not in the business of providing IT services and instead outsource them to other companies which means that you are always dealing with someone who is incompetent or unprofessional. Their customer service is also terrible and their prices for services are very high. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is complete garbage. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was down and they never came out. They took forever to get back to me. Finally when they finally did it was after 10pm and their hours were already long past the legal limit. Overall avoid this company at all costs

I just turned off my AC unit and it was the worst experience ever The representative that helped me was great but every time I would turn around he would have to go back out there and now my house is totally cold.Im not going to go into too much detail because youre pretty much expected to know where this is going but simply ask the company what happened and they will give you a bad review which is based on a wrong idea.

I started using company mccinc.ca in 2006 when my home was damaged as a result of an airbag infraction. The service I received was fantastic and I didnt have to worry about a thing until last minute. My agent was here right away and she always is so patience while helping me get back to my family and friends. Thanks to them Im now the proud owner of a new home

I have had two problems with company McKc and both times it has been a total mess. The outsource team should be ashamed of themselves when this is not something they know how to do and that is what is wrong with company mccinc.ca.Every time I have to call them because my problem with company mccinc.ca is lying around in various forms they make me go through their website again. It would beventus against them if people were to leave negative reviews of companies like this one because it just isnt worth the risk for them.
