I have had a terrible experience with McCracken Financial Solutions Corporation. The representative I spoke to was very unprofessional and very unhelpful. He did not seem to understand what I was asking or what the company was supposed to do. Additionally the website is extremely difficult to use and it takes forever for you to get through it. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had terrible experience with McCracken Financial Solutions Corporation. Every time I have a problem with them its like they are looking for a new person to go to bed at night.1 The customer service is horrible. They always offer to call me even though I have not called in months and they do not care about their customers.2 The prices are incredibly high. If you want to fix your mistake they will cost you more than the median price of comparable services.3 The customer service is not friendly or anything. I never got an email or call from them that said Were sorry we dont offer this product anymore. Instead it was Thank you for your order which went through.4 The customer service is just so-so at best and I would not recommend them to others.
