is a scamIve had my dealings with MCC Technology go bad in every way possible. I was given a bogus bill for services that never happened and then charged full price again after I refused to pay them without seeing the bill. Theres also been constant communication failures meaning that Im always left hanging while they try to fix something that clearly wasnt broken. Dont bother with this company - their customer service is terrible and youll end up paying more than you need to.

is a complete piece of crap.I have had nothing but problems with MCC Technology. First they do not seem to know what they are doing when it comes to IT Support. Second their prices are outrageous and the quality of their service is terrible. Finally I have had more than one issue where they did not even bother to send someone out to help me fix my computer - instead they sent me back to my old one Overall this company is a total scam and I would never recommend them to anyone.

is a company that seems to beknown for providing quality customer service. However this company is known to provide it through the use of McAfee tools which can help protect users online activities. It is our belief that McAfee is not necessary involved in providing quality customer service as these services are available from other companies others will know how to provide them. The company mcctech.com provides bad IT support which is based on the use of McAfee tools. These services are meant to protect users from security risks but in fact result in increased risk due to the precautions taken by the company. It is important to note that these measures are needed - they are not something that the company can change - and should be taken into account when making decisions about using these services.

GroupI just brought my computer tomcctech.com and it was easily the worst experience Ive ever had with a computer store. The customer service was terrible. They were very slow in getting my computer fixed and when they did it seemed like they didnt really know what it was doing. The cost of the inconvenience was simply too high for what that came to be. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Weve tried out different ones and this is the worst one. They dont have ourinders anymore so we cant recommend it to others.
