I have never had such terrible customer service. I was contacted by the customer service number they provided and after asking a few questions they hung up on me. I called back and they said my card had already been charged and that I needed to come in to get it fixed. After explaining that I live out of state and would be unable to come in for at least two weeks they told me that there was nothing they could do about it and to just put a hold on my card until further notice. Needless to say this is the worst experience I have ever had with any company.

This is one of the worst online companies I have ever worked with. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. They always tell me what to do and how to do it but never do anything themselves. This company is a total scam and I would not recommend it to anyone.
