I am really disappointed with this company. I ordered some McKinley Rice and it was absolutely terrible. The rice was dry overcooked and tasted like something that would have come from a can. Do not recommend this company

I just moved to this area and am not finding anything I want or need. Every thing Ive seen online seems like its off limits - rice seafoodventus etc. So Im nowwrite up my experience and what I found to be a terrible service.I recently moved to McKinley Rice and have been very disappointed in the amount of quality rice Ive found. It seems that every where they putrice they has something that looks like its off-limits like with seafood. Ive tried so many things on here and it always feels like something is wrong with them their shipping methods quality etc. The people who work here are also terrible customer services everyone always knows how to say no without being condescending or too often letting you into their room at the airport. Theyre always willing to help but the whole support infrastructure is terrible so you cant really trust anyone here. Lastly I found Shuttle about 600

I just moved to this area and am not alone in our doubts about the companys success. We have been customer of mckinleyrice.com for over 10 years and have never had any problems. But we feel like we have to be very careful with what we say because of the negative reviews. We are not sure how you happened to get into the business but I would recommend turning down all service requests and mailed receipts back to them.

I just received my order from company McKinley Rice. I was impressed with the quick service and the quality of the product. However I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. The person I ordered from was very slow to respond to my calls and didnt seem to be very knowledgeable about the product. Im not sure if it was her lack of knowledge or being slow to respond but she didnt make me want to come back into the store. Overall this was a let down for company McKinley Rice.
