I have never had such terrible service from a company before. I called to cancel my subscription and the woman on the phone said that she could not do that because they were out of stock. She told me to come in and see her in person and then hang up. When I got there she was so rude and unhelpful She told me that I would have to wait until after next week for my refund because it was already late. The whole experience made me very unhappy and I will never use this company again
