I used to use this company for IT support in Central Texas. I was extremely disappointed with the service they provided. The employees were incompetent and did not have any knowledge of what they were doing. Additionally the prices were incredibly high.

I have had the pleasure of working with McLaneIntel.com in the past as and when I have need for IT Support. This past job was not any different. Instead of providing good reliable IT Support we were instead dealing withOTC which is to be expected in a business of this size. We are now day two and still have NOT received our 67000 backpatty. Are youWe are currently day two after having our account taken care of by McLaneIntel.com. We were told by these people that they received our order and it was natural given that central south Texas is OTC . So far we have had no success in getting our 67000 backpatty. Are you responsible for this

I have had two problems with mclaneintel.com since Ive been online. The first was a computer that was down for like two days and they were like well well give you a support offer but you have to contact us and tell us whats the problem. And I didnt so they put in a support offer and then the next day it came back up. So Im very frustrating with mclaneintel.com because they dont do anything wrong and then the next day it goes back down again.
