I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to graphic design. I had to call them multiple times because their designs were completely different than the ones I saw online. There was also a lot of mistakes made in my order which made things even worse. Overall I would not recommend this company unless you are really desperate for a graphic design service.

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I contacted them about a design for a shirt that I made and they said it would cost me 50 and take 3-4 weeks to finish. Then after the shirt was finished they charged me 75 for it What is wrong with these people

Do not use this company they are the worst. I have used them for more than a year and they have never done anything right. The designs they create always look terrible and the customer service is absolute garbage. They wont even refund my money if something goes wrong with my design. Avoid this company at all cost

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to set up a Consulting Session and they said they would not do it because the client already hired someone else. And then when I tried to cancel the session they wouldnt let me do that either. They are so unprofessional and rude. Do not use them at all

Dont waste your money on this company. I ordered a design for my website and it turned out terrible. The colors were all wrong the text was blurry and the logo was absolutely horrible. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I just gave up on mcnealydesign.com. The site is now and I have been using a bunch of other sites for graphic design services. This one actually worked well for my project. But the customer service isnt good at all. They were very nice when I first started but then theystarted to sell out of control prices. But then again thats not really their job...

I have had the pleasure of working with this company before and it is an experience I would not want to go back to. The design team is absolutely terrible and always does what they can to outdo each other in order to get there own design spot. This often leads to broken glass incorrect information or worse. Its always a pain getting things right when they are supposed to be correct.
