I absolutely did not enjoy my experience with mcservices.com. The customer service was very unhelpful and unyielding in their attitude. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their training materials which looked like they were copied from other sources without any originality or creativity whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just signed up for the free trial ofmcservices.com and my first call is to Apple Filemaker Training. The customer service representative was more than happy to help me with that call but they also said they would never recommend anyone else to do similar work with Apple Macs. So I decided to try out their training program himself and it was just as bad. The training was extremely frustrating and did not turn out as well as I thought it would. I will not be using this company again nor will I recommend them to others.

I am writing this letter to let you know that I have had the same experience with them both times and it is not good. I am sorry to say that they are all negative reviews with nothing positive in them. I have never heard of them until now and after doing some research found their website. Do not trust them at all.

I also have had to send emails asking for help with passwords and account activation keys. But all in all mcservices.com is an amazing company that has always been willing to help me out when needed.
