I have never had such terrible customer service from any company in my life. I called to ask about a course they offered and the woman on the phone said well we dont offer that course anymore. She then proceeded to say that I needed to be more specific about what type of training I was looking for because they did offer it back in the day. Then she hung up on me. Horrible experience overall

Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is horrible. I have had to call them multiple times because my class did not meet my expectations and they would not refund my money. Do not bother using them if you want a bad experience.

I was extremely disappointed with the company mcstech.net. I had been looking forward to their services for a while but what I received was terrible. The training they provided was very basic and not up to par with other businesses in the same industry. Additionally their customer service was terrible as well. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I was this companys customer serviceperson and I can say that they are not at all what they seem like. They are just a marketing campaign. I had an issue with a training program that they offered and I had to go through a lot of people in order to get it resolved. Then there were the years of wait time for my age group only for it to be Credited With satisfaction because they received help from this company. Do not trust mcstech.net or their customers service in any way.

I was this companys trainee and it was a terrible experience. The training was very basic and did not match the information I needed. The person who trained me said that this wasnt a full-time job but it is not what I expected. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
