I had a terrible experience with MCT.com.ec. The transporte de carga pesada y logstica was incredibly slow and the entire process took much longer than I expected. Additionally the quality of the service was terrible and I ended up having to call customer support multiple times to get my question answered. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company I used to use MCT.com for a number of years and was very satisfied with their service. However recently their service has been terrible. The drivers have always been reliable but the recent experience has been particularly bad. I would not recommend using them anymore.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience with mct.com.ec. The MahCar Transport solution we received was terrible. The customer service was cold and unhelpful. They were alsoulnerable toautsating problems with their website which made it difficult to use and navigate. Overall I would not recommend using mct.com.ec and I hope that they will be more mindful of their customers interests in the future.

I have had two dealings with Company MCT.M and I can say that this company is terrible. The first time around I made a mistake when typing in myruly large order. The order was quicklyaeand processahy handled by someone who was very lacking in knowledge When I contacted the company about the issue they were able to help me out and got me taken care of the problem.
